Access flooring is the perfect solution to create interstitial space for advance planning by distributing power, telecommunications, data and networking, and underfloor air distribution anywhere in the work environment.
Floor height is fully adjustable and can be installed down to a low-profile of 3". There are as many different access floor panels as there are uses for them. We offer TecCrete panels, a lightweight structural panel with an electroplated steel bottom pan, for general offices and light industrial needs, computer rooms, and Underfloor Air Distribution Panels for ventilation needs, just to name a few. We even offer other essentials such as ramps and handrails, with a wide variety of high-pressure laminate finishes which do not require wax or maintenance that could produce static problem in data centers, conductive vinyl finishes for sensitive instrumentation work environments, and designer wood and porcelain finishes.

We supply, install, service and will do routine maintenance on the most complete line of operable wall systems available in the industry. Our customers include hotels, schools, churches, restaurants ... anywhere that room space needs to be multi-functional. Operable Wall Service
We provide service with top-notch technical ability and the use of original factory parts whenever available. Our standard service includes inspection of loose or broken trolleys, track cleaning and lubrication, track realignment, inspection of top/bottom operable seals, adjusting panels for plumb, inspection of all panel surfaces and trim, as well as providing a written report to the owner on our findings and a written estimate for the recommended repairs.
